Brittany Mahomes is having a sporty weekend with her kids!
On Saturday, Oct. 19, the Kansas City Current co-owner, 29, showed off adorable photos of her kids Sterling, 3, and Bronze, who turns 2 in November — whom she shares with husband Patrick Mahomes, 29 — at the women’s soccer team’s game against the San Diego Wave.
In the photos, the family could be seen posing in their box at CPKC Stadium in Missouri and wearing Current T-shirts and other white-and-red merch to represent their home team. The Current beat the Wave 4-1.
“Saturdays are for my babies️,” Mahomes captioned the sweet post.
Mahomes — who is expecting her third baby with her Kansas City Chiefs quarterback husband — is no stranger to showing off some of the cutest moments she spends with her two kids.
On Friday, Oct. 18, Mahomes shared a sweet photo to Instagram of her husband and their 22-month-old son sitting in the bleachers at a local high school football field to watch a game together.
“Friday night lights 🤍,” she wrote under the snap.
The week prior, Mahomes showed off the whole family’s trip to the Fort Worth Zoo in Texas, chronicling their adventure-filled day in a series of posts on her Instagram Stories, including a video of a zoo worker feeding a baby giraffe, Patrick carrying Bronze as they fed leaves to giraffes and an image of Sterling and a group of kids watching flamingos in their enclosure.
Mahomes has also been candid about her support for the Current, which she and her husband co-own, alongside Angie and Chris Long.
In September, she shared a photo of herself cozying up with Patrick on her Instagram Stories while they were supporting the soccer team as they played the Utah Royals at home.
“Let’s gooooo!” the soon-to-be mom of three wrote in the post, which featured the couple wearing Current merch — including red T-shirts with sponsor information, a hoodie with the team’s name, and matching KC caps in the team’s colors of light blue, red and white.
The Current’s Instagram account even shared the photo on their feed, writing, “Thanks for the support bosses 🫶.”
In January 2023, Patrick shared that he was investing in the sports team, writing at the time, “I am thankful for the chance to join @brittanylynne as part of the @thekccurrent ownership team.”
Brittany co-founded the team alongside the Longs in 2020.
“We are so thrilled to make this a family affair and have Patrick join as an owner,” she said in the team statement at the time that Patrick joined. “He has been a huge supporter behind-the-scenes. His passion for the Current is undeniable and I am glad that he will be with us as we continue on our journey to become the best in the NWSL.”
